Forced to download the app to be able to pick up my package. The thing is, the app is not working well. Lately I didn't receive any notification containing pick up code. I have to manually contact the CS. I also tried to check out the "pop send" menu, and guess what, there was a pop up message say "something went wrong". Something definitely does, which is the app! Next time forcing people to download an app, PLEASE make sure the app is working well. I'm happy with just SMS/WA notification :(

The customers are forced to use this popbox. There is no notification when the packages arrive and we are given a very short period to take our packages before they charges us per day! Can you imagine after we pay for the delivery fee, we also have to pay to take our package. It's ridiculous and unfair for us, esp when we didn't ask to put our package in the popbox. They should fix the notification system and their business model. Shame on you!!!!

Avoid using PopBox. All the bad reviews are true. They do not care about customers or business. We tried using PopBox, but the courier needed help. The courier contacted PopBox number, but no answer. We tried to ask PopBox to help the courier, but PopBox did not help at all (did not contact/call/message the courier). Summary: we tried to use PopBox, but it's not usable. Our time & energy were wasted. Tidak bisa dipakai: kurir bingung & PopBox sama sekali tidak memberikan bantuan. Waktu terbuang
